The Fire Marshall  is currently involved in planning commission and design review. There are many other responsibilities to the position including managing the daily operations of the Fire Prevention Bureau, Implementing policies and procedures for fire suppression activities and cause and origin determination of suspicious or high dollar loss fires.

 

Inspector Blair is currently responsible for the review of sprinkler plans, fire pumps, underground, storage tanks, above ground storage tanks.   Additional duties also include fire cause and origin determination.

 

Inspector Males is currently responsible for the review of construction plans, fire alarm plans, restaurant hoods,  and inspections of day care centers, child foster care facilities for State Licensing. Additional duties include Fire Cause determination.
